JOLIBET Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

Wagers and Payouts

5.1. By placing a wager, you agree to the odds, payout terms, and any applicable rules offered by JOLIBET. JOLIBET reserves the right to void any wager at its discretion, including but not limited to wagers placed in error, wagers placed on events that have been cancelled or postponed, and wagers placed in violation of these T&Cs.

5.2. Payouts are processed according to JOLIBET’s payout policies. JOLIBET reserves the right to withhold payouts if there is suspicion of fraud, collusion, or any other violation of these T&Cs.

  • Creating multiple Accounts.
  • Colluding with other users.

JOLIBET reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and withhold any funds if you engage in any prohibited activity.

Intellectual Property

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Termination

Modification of Terms and Conditions

JOLIBET reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the JOLIBET website. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified T&Cs.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Entire Agreement

These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between you and JOLIBET and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and JOLIBET.
